I see what you mean. I tried going directly to the ANAB web site to look for it and it looks like the web site itself is in disarray. I wonder if they are doing something with it over the holidays.

thank you Jim, the link worked, I think this method is for registrars if they have findings when they are being audited. but the method can be used in all situations.

Basically, the principles are the same. The audience is different, that is organization instead of certification body.
