Help with Arburg Allround 320s Injection Molding Machine

Hello i am new to the forums and I just started work in a polymer lab. I am having trouble with my Arburg machine and im not sure how to get it running.

Its is the Arburg Allrounder 320S 500-350 injection molding machine.
My screen is showing the following message on the bootloader

“L2D22A71240 Battery defective please insert program diskette (04)
Diskette 1 : G??????? G??”

I have already tried inserting all of the included diskettes and so far nothing has helped.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!!

You might be better off calling Arburg. They likely can help. Sounds like a mother board issue.
