Prop 65 labeling

Hi, we have a product which does not contain any Prop 65 chemicals but the packaging does. Do I need any sort of labeling in this case? Prop 65 website only has guidance on the product but not the packaging.

There is no mention what to include if the packaging contains Prop 65 and not the device.

It's always best to err on the side of caution, so stick the symbol and brief warning on that stuff as well, never know someone might try to eat or smoke it.
