Certification and qualification of the personnel as per ther job description. Records available in database o in theri skill matrix as documented, including on the job training. Special certifications/qualifications for special works, for instance.
Managment of changes in case of change in procedures, work instrustions: if there is a process of re-training/re-certafication based upon specified criteria for eng, mgf operatiors, technicians. Knowlledge and application on the customers requirments in the mgf line.
The requirments of the training is also appplicable to the temporary personnel.
