SPC Software that will satisfy auto/furniture data submissions - Opinions wanted

I am currently looking for SPC software that will satisfy auto/furniture data submissions to the current MSA and accepted standard. We currently use .xls sheets created a long while ago, I want to be sure we are calculating all data in an acceptable manner. We have had no concerns, but will be submitting Tier 1 PPAP's in the coming months and I don't want any problems.
The users will vary between Lab and floor personell, to engineering. so ease of use and graphics will be key.

What do you mean by "furniture data submissions"? As in the furniture industry?

Furniture industry, Tier 2 so Customer drives much of the submission data.
I am just looking for a software package that is AIAG compliant, the furniture
industry tends to follow that.

I have demo'd Minitab, some free-ware, all seems nice and fairly easy to use. Does anyone use any software for capability/r&r studies they would recommend? I just want to be confident I am using MSA/AIG compliant software.

Minitab is the only software we are allowed to use for our Customers in the auto industry.
