I'm searching the test plan of DVP & R (Design verification plan and report), which's can evaluated the automotive parts even sub-system both of design and pre-production stage before SOP.

I have reviewed and have downloaded the templates for the DVP&R. I would like to complete, but I am not sure of some of the terms and and the proper method of filling out this report. Can anyone provide me with the information to correctly record information in this report. Thank you!

DVP&R Information and/or Instructions
In general, my question is more along the lines of the definitions of the requirements. Design requirements as listed on the customer drawing are understood as being part of the testing to be verified. Are there any other requirements that I should be considering? We are not design responsible, so a Design FMEA was not completed by our group.
As an aside to this, are the requirements that are listed on the DVP&R then become part of the Control Plan?
