Training Tracker Software

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a training tracker software that can automatically schedule out trainings for new and current employees? For instance, you can input a training plan with all required training, the training interval (when in their training plan the training should be complete, and how often needs to be retaken), and their work schedule and the software can spit out a training schedule based on all that information? Right now we do things manually. We have a Microsoft Access based program called TrainingKeeper, but I am not a huge fan of the user interface, and it feels like it has limited capabilities. It claims to be automated once all data is put in, but I haven't been able to really see that come to fruition.

Any suggestions?

Also looking for a good option here but we will need to validate it with our regulations. Currently its this massive XLS spreadsheet.

Let me check my records, I see 40 different programs a year that clients use and I'll need to clean anything up for confidentiality's sake.
