Quality management in retail eg Tesco

I'm doing a project on Quality management in Tesco for a course. Just wondering is there any particular Quality approach used eg Total Quality Management. Lean appears to be used in supply chain. Also is there any particular standards adhered to such as ISO. And which one of the following drivers for improving quality would be most applicable in tesco stores.

• Leadership
• Person and Family Engagement
• Staff engagement
• Use of Improvement Methods
• Measurement for Quality
• Governance for Quality

Any help or advice much appreciated.
