My project scenario:
AThe sub-contract company (electronic) has now come back to state that they have experienced difficulties in their production process and that at best they can only assure 97.5% right first time delivery during the initial stages of the contract.
My sub-contractor will start batch delivery of the parts next week. Each batch will contain 5000 parts and the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) required for each batch will need to be 1% (although this value will need to reduce to 0.5% over the next 3-4 years).
->Focus on sampling plans plus anything else you think will be useful for short term development.
