We are a Medical Device Company restructuring the way incoming material is appraised. We want to establish a process that will allow parts to go Dock-To-Stock. We currently use sampling plans that reduce down to Skip Lot sampling. I would appreciate any documented procedures to review.

Look at 21cfr820.80 Receiving, in-process, and finished device acceptance activities, before doing that.
