Hello,
I have a question. In a paper-based system, how are forms controlled in other companies? Procedures are signed off by various reviewers/approvers on the cover page. But we've never had a good system to control the forms. The current system is that the forms are attached to the SOPs, but if you are modifying the form only, like changing one word, then the entire SOP has to be printed; is there an improved way to do this? How can forms be standalone documents and be approved through document control? I don't have too much experience with document control.
Thank you.
