Internal Quality Audit Tracking Sheet with Auto Report

Dear Friends,
I was facing a big problem to create reports for internal audit. After all, I am able to develop a tool, In which I enter only schedule no & reports generated automatically with graphs. I have to enter NC detail only in once sheet. It is common sheet for 16949, 14001, 27001 & LPA.

As it is common system for all companies, definitely it will help you.

Hi everyone,
I am new to this page. I see great communication between you. I hope that you will help me...
External auditor put remark that we should have a report with tracks what clause in which IA we have a check. Does anyone have that kind of report with a pivot table? I have an excel file, but I cannot do a proper pivot table to show exp how many IA we performed with clause 7.2
Someone help :'(
