Key points for an inspection procedure.

- It's o.k. to say "I don't know," quickly followed by "I will find out."
- If a question can be answered "Yes" or "No", then answer as such. No need to babble
- Determine the scope of the inspection first off
- Always have at least two company representative present.
- Make duplicate copies of all documentation provided to them.
- Don't give the "dog and pony show" if not requested
- Train the front desk people how to great and handle unannounced inspections
- Practice inspections

Right now there is no written policy? So if needed in future, it is impt to have a policy of such nature which states about the documents that cannot be viewed by third party or regulated bodies.
