Can a Profile of a Surface have a Diameter Symbol?

I am trying to find in somewhere in the Y14.5 standard where states that profile of a surface is not allowed to have a diameter symbol before the tolerance.

Omar - profile of surface cannot have a diameter symbol.

Look at ASME Y14.5-2009, Section 8 Page 158 "Tolerances of Profile."
In particular the descriptions of "Tolerance Zones."

The use of the Diameter Symbol is explained on Page 41, Paragraph 3.3.7 and Figure 3-11 on Page 42.
