Hi!
Am not sure if this is the right forum for this but i want to know what are the processes under strategic corporate planning. Currently, we have proposal generation, contract review, resource allocation and project generation. Then i added code of business conduct. But i felt that there are a lot more that we could improve on. Can you please advice me what do i need to add?

Please help.

To help, I need some better information.

What is it that your organisation does?

Why are you wanting to know what the processes are (not trying to second-guess, but I'm trying to get some kind of context for the question).
I wouldn't call what you've identified as 'strategic' planning at all.

Strategic planning occurs at at a higher level - it's what the company does to decide what its goals are (what do you want to do?) and determine what kinds of business and customers you want to acquire, and then decide on the strategies you plan to use in order to do that. (Which is why it's called strategic planning, I think).

What you've outlined is (mostly) planning, but it is the kind of more detailed planning & work that you do after the strategic plan is in place.

PS forget the phrase 'contract review' - it is not part of the Standard and is not planning.
