How to comply with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 7.4 Communication

What is the correct method to comply with this requirement of communication. Can someone share a procedure to review the method? We are currently ISO 9008, however, I noticed ISO 2015 req. 7.4 content is different.

I saw the response for "good practices" and it good information.
But I really need External Communication as well. Any suggestions?
Also, maybe some examples for the bullet point in ISO 9001:2015 section 7.4.
