Because of this:
In 4.1 Understanding the organization and its context
The organization shall determine external and internal issues that are relevant to its purpose
and its strategic direction and that affect.....
Additionally to identify the positive and negative,
For the context , I identified an opportunity as positive one customer, well, I took the opportunity, and have taken actions to have benefits in my business.
But I created a list of internal and external issues.
I wonder , should I remove the customer from the list, once the opportunity was taken and achieved?
But in the other hand, customer was relevant in designing the strategy, so, can I remove it or no?
Other case, detected an internal negative issue ( obsolete equipment) which was treated as a risk.
The risk was addressed, achieving action plans, so risk has gone and has been closed and effective.
Same question, could this issue be removed in the list?
And what if auditor asks for evidences of the strategy?
Please give some inputs
