Corrective Action Software Recommendations

Hi,
I don't know if this is the forum to ask but I am looking for a good corrective action software program as the one we have is going away do to an upgrade of other systems.
Our company currently submits about six CA's per month and usually has about 30 open CA's at any time.
If you have a recommendation maybe you would recommend and say why you prefer/like it!

I have not found an off-the-shelf software package for Corrective Actions that is completely suitable for ANY company that I have worked with - I have tried several over the years, and always had to make my own modifications and tweaks.

As a personal recommendation, I would strongly endorse using Excel; create your own document template, so that it not only reflects your needs, but also your CA process.

Another option (which I tried) was to take the best of a CUSTOMERS template, and use it.

Another option (which I tried) was to take the best of a CUSTOMERS template, and use it.

We had our Quality Manager try that but it is not working out at all. We would like email notifications and a more user friendly, intuitive program like we had. Need to do more research and leads help, thanks!
