Cell Rubber Stamping PPM for Scrap Analysis

Hello,

Please anybody can help me regarding the target for PPM in stamping division (cell rubber products)?
I can not set an internal PPM for scrap analysis, as I don't know which is the correct PPM for this type of products.
Has anybody experience for cell rubber stampings PPM?

Isn't it possible for you to collect some data to establish a baseline and start working (improving) from there?

If you want to use the figure of others, make sure you know that they are around the same spot as you are along the technology curve.
