We are in the process of getting our system compliant and effective to the changes in AS9100B to AS9100C
Does anyone have an example (checklist) they would like to share on how they identify and document the Risk for the Sales/Contract Process?

Thankyou!

We are in the process of developing FMEA's for all of our identified processes. We got together with our inside sales/order entry personnel and addressed such issues as use of wrong print revisions, duplicate sales order entry, wrong quality plan release, incorrect logistical inputs and general misinformation on sales orders. There's others but that gives you a general idea. As we go forward, the FMEA's will develop further and evolve as needed.
