How do you determine the quantity and spacing of temp / rh (relative humidity) dataloggers or probes when validating large capacity (drive in / walk in) freezers and refrigerators?
In the past I have used the ASTM for heat treating as a guide. I am wondering how anybody else determines the appropriate spacing a quantity of probes.
