what can be the approaches to training that the management of a company can take (assuming the co. already has implemented TPM)?

Where can i find real cases of indian companies?

For cases in Indian companies please visit the TPM Club India site.
There are some manuals and standard formats etc. that can be downloaded from their downloads page. You will also find a good list of books.
