Customer Satisfaction Surveys - User Friendly & Online methods.

My boss is asking me about improvement in our current customer satisfaction survey.He wanted to be 100% user friendly perhaps an online form/survey could be employed. Would appreciate if could advise me how to do this. Thank

You can make us of Survey Monkey and/or their templates. Of course there are others but this one is commonly seen here.

My compliments to your boss: He appears to be thinking along the right lines.

We have discussed surveys many times here, and I would suggest a search (see the top of page toolbar) for the word survey. The result should reveal those discussions.
