Working with the "USDA Process Verified" Program

Have any of you had any workngs with the "USDA Process Verified" program? The site (link below) has limited info but seems to be based on the ISO 9000 series. I have contacted the phone number and am awaiting a call back. The info I have gained so far is audits are conducted twice per year and the cost is not bad at $108/hr + expenses.

I am still looking into this program. But I noticed in clause 25.1 it mentions FOIA. I will try to inform as I learn what documentation can be disclosed in FOIA request. 25.2 does mention proprietary will the following disclaimer "extent possible under existing federal laws". For us this could be a negative as we are in the highly competitive chicken breeding side of the broiler business.
