What is the SOEP in APQP?

Dear All,
We've found the SOEP as abbrevation in a APQP requirement of a custumer but we don't know what does this mean. Does anybody know what does mean SOEP in fact?

I would assume you may mean SORP ? (Start of Regular Production, it;s a GM standard term in APQP. )

Is it the German Socio Economic Panel for multidisciplinary design?

No, this is not SORP but this is SOEP. SORP is known. I also found SOEP as the 'Socio Economic Panel' but I really don't understand what would be the relation of this with the APQP. Do you know?
