GR&R ANOVA 3rd Factor for Fixture Nests

How can I use Minitab for a GR&R and add in the interaction of fixture nests in addition to part and operator? I saw someone mention three factor DOE.
I program CMM's for parts with little part variation, low ndc, high study variation.

Minitab has a feature added at version 16 called Expanded Gage Study. This would allow you to add Nests as an additional factor, including the additional interactions associated with it.

For Minitab specific questions, the is a Minitab group on LinkedIn. Minitab representatives have been very good about responding to specific questions.
