The instructions are in the tab called "Tool Guidance". Basically you audit based on the checklist and report the findings and status so that it can calculate the percent that you meet for each section / control.

I can support you with ISO 27001:2005 audit checklist. It is a good start point to create your own 2013 checklist version.

As a 'caution': The file was in a post in 2014. The poster (keres) hasn't been here in a few years.
