e.g. incoming goods inspection; Release of products and DL or other ISO 9001 chapters

For the most part, processes rely on documents as a) inputs or b) outputs and c) control descriptions and d) resource descriptions. Making sure those are effective is most important. Forget references to ISO requirements - no-body cares about those, and they don’t need to. As long as someone knows, like you (?) is all that matters.

I list the documents/forms which are directly required to perform THAT process only. Normally, those documents/forms are specifically mentioned throughout the process description.
