Auditor comment on UK Labelling

We have had a TF review for one of our products and one of the CAR mentions the following finding:

Is this an actual requirement as I cannot see anything in any parts of the UK MDR? Please could someone point it out to me if I have completely missed it.

I'm not aware of any such specific requirement in UK MDR 2002.

I disputed it with them and they have withdrawn it.
