Baldrige Award Procedure - What are the primarily parameters they use to evaluate?

I would like to know what are the procedures (cronogram,etc) for the Baldrige award, and what are the primarily parameters they use to evaluate an especific bussines.l I have to make a report on that and there's not too much information about it.
