Elder, be aware that by exposing the SIP/SOP contacts you will also need to test for ESD protection.
I am not sure if you are going for an FDA approval or not but if you do, you would also have to comply with the IEC/TR 60601-4-2 Ed. 1.0 en:2016 that requires specific test procedures for exposed SIP/SOP.
I had a similar problem with the insulation diagram and required insulation levels (original post here) and @Peter Selvey provided a very good reasoning there as well
