Clever ways to get top management involved?

Has anyone here EVER seen an organization where the corporate culture embodied by the top “managers” of belittling, misplacing, downplaying quality changed via reasoning and pressure of the “enlightened underlings”. Me, never ever seen it happening. Pay attention to @Jim Wynne’s sig line and it is clear why.

Well, I've seen it change some. Not completely, not 180 degrees, not perfectly, but noticeably.

It only matters if there is legal regulatory requirement OR your customers expect it to be in place.

Not necessarily, IMO. Sometimes what you get is just enough engagement to achieve those particular metrics, or to appear to achieve those metrics. And sometimes it is to the detriment of other important metrics.
