Here is a brief summary...

Configuration Status Accounting​

Configuration status accounting should provide data for the configuration management of life cycle processes with respect to configuration identification, baselines, problem reports, and change control.

Configuration Audits:​

Configuration audits should be conducted based on a planned arrangement to confirm that configuration management records and configuration items are complete, consistent, and accurate. Configuration audits will:​

If i am not wrong, configuration status accounting is done by software configuration controller (SCC). Is it that the SCC should be describing what are all the documents that have gone for a change and its details in CSA document?

Are we as a SQA refer CSA for configuration Audits?
