I work for a third party logistics company which receives product that remains sealed, in its original packaging from our clients and then shipped to customers. A potential client reached out asking if we could handle their product which is tobacco-free nicotine pouches. This is not a product that we have handled before and when I reached out to the Center for Tobacco Products they told me they would provide additional information regarding the storage and shipping of this product within 7 to 10 business days! While I've done research online, there seems to be a lot of information in regards to this topic and I am still struggling to fully understand this industry. Does anyone know about tobacco-free nicotine pouches? More specifically, FDA requirements or registration that would be needed to store and ship this product?
