I need to deliver and brief overview of and integrated 14001/18001 management system and what it means to the operation.
We have both certifications and are currently ingergrating the management system, which is not the problem. I also have to bring one of our other sites in scope and need to give a brief overview to their management team prior to me conducting their gap analysis.
Has anyone done something similar that I can have a look at.
