I am a new engineer to the industry working at a small company. Unfortunately I do not have an older engineer at the company to assist me with learning processes like PPAP's and wasn't given any training. I have had to learn this process through research, experience, and skimming through not well done PPAP's, completed previously to me joining the team.
The process usually follows a sample run, where we record an FAI, then a PPAP run follows shortly after. Am I able to reuse the FAI on the PPAP for the dimensional inspections?
Does anyone have any recommendations about how I can continue to learn through quality processes such as FAI, PPAP, etc?
