Hello everybody
Could you give me some guidance about this requirement?
We have ISO 9001 2015 certificate, and recently one of our customers asked us
to fill out a FMD and IPC form.
Really we dont know to much about it.
I browsed on the net, and could see that is a declaration of materials.
I started to look components of our products, I almost have all the information.
But have doubts if FMD and IPC is the same stuff and how to fill it out?
Could someone explain the difference? and if it is possible to share samples
of filled out forms?
Our product are sticky labels, containing Polycarbonate material, 3m adhesive and inks.
