FMEA Corrective Action target date changed

If the target date listed in the FMEA changes should the FMEA be updated? Is it possible to keep the target date in the FMEA blank since the corrective action (CAPA or NC) has a target date listed?

I am sorry about the delay in answering your question.

First, a caveat in that I am not a medical device expert. That said, I would think a line item in the FMEA could reference a CAPA or NC that has a target date. I welcome finding what other Covers have to say about it.
