GIVD codes for In-vitro medical devices

Hi
I have been asked for our GIVD codes for our IVD products, This is new to me so hope someone can help.
Our devices are sample containers with a reagent in that preserves nucleic acids from saliva,
I have GMDN codes and EMDN codes but I have not come across GIVD codes. I did find an excel report listing GIVD numbers but I am not sure how I assign our products to one of these numbers.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi, I did find this database in my search but could not decide what our product fell in to. It is a customer asking for it.
