Has anyone come across an ERP system that includes all the Quality elements, Fair generation, gathering of dimensions during processing, PPAP generation, paperwork tracking, procedure tracking and access?

Seems like by now there woould finally be a melding of the systems into one software solution.

We use one called Aero DNA by Fit factory in the UK. Its got what you are asking for as far as i can see.
