Minitab normality test and stats test for date vs time?

Well you can analyze this data. You just probably don’t need any sophisticated math. Unless you are just using this data to learn Minitab. But really you need to understand stats and more importantly data analysis & graphical data analysis first. So I guess the real question comes back to what your goal is
