Not able to meet re-certification cycle ISO/TS

Hi! I need your help. I looked into the IATF rules and I couldn't find the answer to my problem. This is the current situation:

My certificate due date is Sep 25, 2009. My re-certification date should be done by Jul 19, 2009

My company planned the re-certification audit in June. However, due to the current situation with the OEM's, we will have to close our facilities for few weeks. The best we can do is until august. What will be the status of my company? suspension? any additional things we should do? are we going to be penalized?

Another option is to move the re-certification audit for later this year (Oct-Nov). If so, What can we do? is there a waiver from IATF? do we need a waiver from the OEM's?
