As part of a product family determination I've grouped 8 devices and among those devices, I want to select the master product.
I'm comparing suppliers, qty and type of components, manufacturing location, environment and process
After making all the abovementioned comparisons, I have as a result, 2 devices, but, when comparing the design and size one of the is more complex to manufacture and has 3 more components but the other one is bigger in size.
So, my dilemma here is... What beats what, design or size?
