I could not find in the manual a responsible individual for dealing with import or export regulations accross international markets. May be those elves are involved on smuggling practices. Too bad!

Has anyone raised the spectre of Equal Employment Opportunity for Santa's operation? There seems to be a de facto discrimination in that all HQ workers are elves! Where are the brownies, fairies, humans?

May be they were CQE's: Certified Quality Elves, so well qualified for the job
