Software for comparing text of PDF files

Does anyone know of a good program for comparing similar PDFs and identifying changed text?

We want to improve our contract review for changes by comparing the original contract to the revised version and reducing the possibility someone will overlook a change.

Ideally the program will also work with documents such as POs.

E.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro can highlight differences between two PDF files.

Beyond Compare works well at multiple file formats, including PDF.
It will show the differences, but does not support editing.
