What about job seekers?

This handy thread exists for posting job openings. Is there a reason we don't have a place where members who are looking for jobs can post maybe resumes with contact info redacted or a description of a job they might be looking for? It occurred to me that, at least among active members, we have a bit of first(ish) hand knowledge of each of each other's knowledge, views on relevant topics, etc and that it might be a good way to network as a job seeker.

What you are asking for would require the creation of a sub forum. Since Marc’s departure and the change of ownership, there are no means for any of the current administrators and moderators to do so.

So, even if there were consensus that your suggestion should be enacted, we would not be able to put it in effect.

Here in this forum might be some talent willing to help, maybe even for a reduced fare for their favourite quality resource.
