What's the difference between Facility, Equipment and Tooling?

I am beginner for APQP and English is not my mother language. Can you tell me what's the difference for facility, equipment and tooling?

Facility is intended as the production site with all technical supporting services to allow it to carry out production, equipment are usually intended as the production machines that you use in the process flow, toolings are commonly intended as working instruments or items used in the production flow ( such as gauges, jigs, fixtures etc...)
