In some cases I teach training courses that it was cheaper for them to study the subjects to be taught only by themselves. And when I’m there, I tell them this!
They choose me to train them because their employees just don’t want to study anything extra from their normal days work, not because it’s necessary to go there someone from the outside to teach employees something that was impossible for them to learn in self training!
