Q
QAMTY
Hi everyone
I have my ISO 9000:2008
My bussiness is Engineering Design Consultancy
so My Real. Processes are develop Engineering, Starting up of
of Industrial, Plants,etc.
My support process IT,HR, etc.
Comments:
Normally I´m numbering my docs. like this:
WI-ENG-001 Working instruction for Engineering Dept.
PR-ENG-001 Procedure for Engineering Dept.
For the support processes, I´ll only develop a general Procedure for IT.
Now have the need to give to our customer a procedure
to allow them to access to our Intranet.
Questions:
Should I create an ISO document for that?
with assigned ISO number eg. IT-WIS-001.
I mean, even when my plan is not to create a lot of procedures, because
is not my core bussiness.
Would be enough a simple instructive or should I give it the ISO format
Purpose, Scope, Definitions, Responsibles, Procedure, etc..
only to give an IP address, username, password and general recommendations?
I assume that Purpose, scope, definitions.... is only for Wi´s and PR´s
not for checklist, or other simple instructions.
What is your standpoint?
Thanks
