Hi all,
I've been asked to support a local team in performing a MSA GRR on a process that cannot be stopped.
To describe the process shortly cloth gets coated with a rubber compound. In this process total gauge is critical.
The gauge is measured continuously by an inline tool. Due to the nature of the process, I am unable to repeat measure the same sample. It is impossible to feed the measured part back into the process.
I need to assess the GR&R of this measurement system and I am a bit stumped on the method.
Perhaps someone could be of help.
